87PageS Workout Plan

45-60 Minutes: Sat, Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri

-Walk Treadmill (warm up) = 5 min
-Elliptical Machine (go super hard core) = 10 min
-Stationary Bike (go super hard core) = 10 min
-Walk Treadmill (cool down) = 5 min
-200 Crunches (any type just make sure you come up)
-Lift Weights = 5 min

And of course eat a diet that's healthy for you. I drink a lot of water and lately I've been ingesting veggies like my life depended on it. I'm trying to stay away from fast foods and chips/cheetos/doritos/etc.
